Christmas vendor registration
We will be holding a Christmas Celebration for our South Jersey Moms Coterie on Saturday, December 10th from 10-1pm at The Haddon Fortnightly Women's Club, 301 Kings Highway E, Haddonfield, NJ 08033. Moms and their children will have three hours to shop, craft, and snack on holiday treats. We are looking for vendors to help keep the children entertained as well. Our number one priority is to provide an incredible, enjoyable experience for these mothers.
We are not looking for vendors to just share information about their company/service. All vendors must provide merchandise to sell at the event so mommas can get some holiday shopping done!
The vendor fee is $50. In addition, we ask that every vendor bring a gift/gift basket for a raffle giveaway (at least a $25 value). Each vendor will be given a raffle ticket jar to collect tickets throughout the day. Attendees will receive purchased raffle tickets upon entry and will be encouraged to place tickets in the jars of exhibits of their choosing for the chance to win the prize.
We will stop by your tables throughout the event to announce winners. Attendees will not be given the option to purchase tickets at vendor tables.
We will also give SWAG bags to the first 50 attendees. You are welcome to provide gifts or samples. If you are an organization that solely wishes to sponsor the SWAG bags or raffle prizes, please complete the form on our sponsor page.

Note: Vendor Spaces are LIMITED by total quantity and per category. If you are approved as a vendor, you will receive an email confirmation from us by November 1st. Vendor space is assigned by the sole discretion of Growing Up Gorgeous managers. Vendors are encouraged to submit their completed applications ASAP for optimal consideration.
