KidFit NJ: An Epic Party with Growing Up Gorgeous - South Jersey Moms Community!
If you are a parent, there are few things as satisfying as knowing your little ones are engrossed in purposeful play. What is a mama to do while they are busy? Enjoy some time catching up with her girls, of course!
The mamas of Growing Up Gorgeous - South Jersey Moms Community (GUG) were able to do just that at their first Family Event of the year. KidFit New Jersey (KidFit), located in Cherry Hill, provided the perfect location for the kids to party hard and the parents to take a break.

What should you expect when throwing a birthday party or event at KidFit? Parents can expect children to move their bodies in the expansive gym, have attentive support from the staff, and for everyone to have extraordinary fun at a KidFit party. The Venue:

As the founder of GUG, I have the opportunity of seeing dozens of party spaces in the area, and KidFit is one of our favorites. The setting is a mix between an open gymnastics gym and a dreamy indoor playground. The beauty of the location is kids have use of play equipment and still have plenty of room to squeal and run in the middle of the floor. Kids between the ages of 1-10 can enjoy:
bouncing on the trampoline
plunging into the ball pit
hurdling on the uneven bars
swinging on the gymnastics rings
leaping on the balance beam
And my girls favorite activity:
flying on the zipline and falling into the magnificent foam pit
Parents sat comfortably in the party area and were easily accessible to their children. The cleanliness of the play area and the bathrooms close-by sets KidFit apart from other locations. Cause, let's be real. Some of the other play spaces are just...well, gross. KidFit is different, and they take pride in keeping things off the floor and wiping down equipment.
We knew that our kids would have a great time at the party, but were blown away by how inviting the site is for everyone to have a blast!

I knew we would be well-taken-care-of when I walked into the event. The staff were not only welcoming but immediately got to work preparing the space for our families. They frequently asked what we needed and set up food, tablecloths, and decor. As a busy mom, having to worry less about logistics and put my effort into enjoying the moment is gold.
For the past three years, GUG has had family events in several venues in the greater Philadelphia area. These days can be tricky because kiddos can be demanding of your time and attention. Sometimes chasing toddlers gets in the way. The staff at KidFit are present in orchestrating the event. They are on the floor with the kids, encouraging play, and keeping kids safe. Their involvement freed up the parents to talk & even squeeze in our signature ice-breakers.

GUG always looks for fun and creative ways to keep our kiddos learning and growing. KidFit has designed its parties to set an energetic atmosphere that also encourages physical and social growth. The two-hours were not just for open-play, but they included action-packed games like an obstacle course, bubbles, and a freeze dance. And of course, a pizza and cake break sealed off an awesome event for fifty kids.
The entire experience was one our moms are asking to do again! And even though we are looking forward to our next kid-free event, KidFit is destined to be one of our party destinations. Be sure to checkout them out if you're hosting a birthday party, corporate family event, or just want to get the kids out of the house for a bit. Our event was undoubtedly memorable.
